Terms & License Agreement

At Great Custom Songs, we believe music is a powerful gift from God that can encourage, celebrate, comfort, inspire, and strengthen people. As a follower of Jesus Christ, I seek to conduct this business in a manner consistent with Biblical faith and Christian convictions.

Because of these sincerely held religious beliefs, we make sincere effort that all songs and lyrical content created through this service should be consistent with the moral and spiritual values taught in the Bible. While we serve people from all backgrounds and sincerely desire to treat every customer with kindness, dignity, and respect, we cannot create content that expressly contradicts these convictions.

Accordingly, we do not produce lyrics or musical content that includes or promotes:

• Profanity or vulgar language
• Overt sexual content or explicit sexual references
• Crude, degrading, racist or hateful humor
• Content celebrating or endorsing conduct that Scripture expressly identifies as sinful
• Romantic or love songs that knowingly portray relationships outside the Biblical understanding of marriage between one man and one woman

As a result, we reserve the right to decline any project request that we believe conflicts with these beliefs and values.

Our desire is to celebrate and honor those things that all people of good will can agree on. We do not wish to condemn people who share different convictions and values, and we strive to create music that reflects beauty, encouragement, honor, joy, compassion, and faithfulness in a way that honors God and serves others well.

Great Custom Songs ("we," "us," "our") provides personalized songwriting and recording services. You ("customer," "you") commission a one-of-a-kind song based on information you provide through our questionnaire.

Great Custom Songs uses a combination of creative tools and technologies - including artificial intelligence - to craft each personalized song. Every project is overseen and curated to meet our quality standards before delivery. By placing an order you acknowledge and consent to this creative process.

Upon final payment and delivery, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the delivered song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes private listening, sharing with friends and family, playing at private events, and posting to personal social media accounts.

Commercial use - including but not limited to broadcast, advertising, monetized content, retail playback, and synchronization with commercial video - requires a separate commercial license. Contact us for commercial licensing terms.

Great Custom Songs retains the underlying composition, master recording rights, and copyright in the work. We may use anonymized excerpts of your song as samples on our website, with the recipient's name and identifying details removed, unless you opt out at checkout.

Each custom song includes 2 rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of draft delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates measured in business days from receipt of your completed questionnaire.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement receive a full refund. After production begins, partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of completion. If after all included revisions the final song does not satisfy you, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, including offering a partial refund minus production costs at our discretion.

You represent that all names, photos, audio recordings, and personal information you submit are either your own or provided with the consent of the individuals involved. You will not submit content that is defamatory, harassing, infringing, or illegal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
