Custom Song License Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Great Custom Songs, LLC (“Company”) and the purchasing client (“Client”) for the creation and licensing of a custom song.

The Company agrees to create a custom song, develop lyrics, structure, and creative direction, and produce a completed audio recording at least 3 minutes in length based upon the information provided to the Company by the Client on the questionnaire. The Client agrees to identify which information is most important to them to include in the song, and the Company agrees to do their best to include as much of that information as possible in the song. However, Company makes no guarantee that all or even most of the information provided on the questionnaire will be included.

Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal, social media, business/promotional, and public playback uses.

The Company retains ownership of the underlying composition and production. The Client receives a broad usage license.

The Client may not resell the song, claim authorship, use it unlawfully, or submit it for copyright registration as solely their own work.

The Company may use completed songs for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Songs are created using AI-assisted tools combined with human creative direction, writing, editing, and curation.

Revisions may be included based upon the Pricing Tier selected.

Full payment is required when the order is placed. Delivery format: MP3 and/or WAV files. Standard delivery: 14 days. Express delivery may be available for an additional fee.

The Company is not liable for third-party platform restrictions, misuse by the Client, or indirect damages.

By submitting an order, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement. And submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Great Custom Songs. An order is considered accepted only after we review the request and confirm our ability and willingness to provide the requested services.

Each song is unique but may share stylistic similarities with other works. Absolute exclusivity is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decline, refuse, or cancel any order or project request. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, scheduling limitations, workload capacity, insufficient information provided by the client, technical limitations, inability to meet requested deadlines, concerns regarding compliance with our Creative and Biblical Values, or any other circumstance that would prevent us from successfully completing the project.

If an order is declined before work has begun, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

At Great Custom Songs, we believe music is a powerful gift from God that can encourage, celebrate, comfort, inspire, and strengthen people. As followers of Jesus Christ, we seek to conduct this business in a manner consistent with Biblical faith and Christian convictions.

Because of these deeply held religious beliefs, we make sincere effort that all songs and lyrical content created through this service should be consistent with the moral and spiritual values taught in the Bible. While we serve people from all backgrounds and sincerely desire to treat every customer with kindness, dignity, and respect, we cannot create content that expressly contradicts these convictions.

Accordingly, we do not produce lyrics or musical content that includes or promotes:

• Profanity or vulgar language
• Overt sexual content or explicit sexual references
• Crude, degrading, racist or hateful humor
• Content celebrating or endorsing conduct that Scripture expressly identifies as sinful
• Romantic or love songs that knowingly portray relationships outside the Biblical understanding of love, courtship and marriage between one man and one woman

As a result, we reserve the right to decline any project request that we believe conflicts with these beliefs and values. Therefore, submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance of a project. If an order is declined, customer will be notified at the Client email address printed below, and a full refund will be issued to the customer within 7 days.

Our desire is to celebrate and honor those things that all people of good will can agree on. We do not wish to condemn people who share different convictions and values, and we strive to create music that reflects beauty, encouragement, honor, joy, compassion, and faithfulness in a way that honors God and serves others well.
